  • Trained 28 community journalists to document cultural heritage.

    • 9,765 gas stoves distributed after advocacy, reducing charcoal use.
    • Revitalized endangered cultural practices (e.g., Mama Chanje dance group).
    • Boosted tourism (Kalambo Falls, Royal Tour 2).

    • UNESCO invited TAMCODE to share lessons nationally.

Voices for Water – Inclusive Freshwater Governance

    • Formation of two committees for Environment and Water in Mbinga district
    • Documented best practices to improve by laws in Ruvuma region.
